TransformMovie is a utility for rotating and sizing movies, or changing their duration (rate of play.) You can also use it to create movies from other file formats, like text or pdf. System requirements: Mac OS X 10.3.9 and above.
How to install: Place the application into your Applications folder.
How to use: Drag files or folders onto the application or its main window. Use "Preferences" to modify settings, such as rotation degrees, center of rotation, scale factors and the movie display rectangle:

Example: If you use your digital camera to create a movie in portrait mode you can rotate by 90 degrees so it displays upright:
