PDFDek is an application utility for extracting all pages, in a specified range, from a PDF file and saving them as images or PDF files in a folder on your Mac.
The names of the files generated are derived from the name of the PDF file appened by "page_x_of_y" where x is the index of the page and y is the total number of pages.
Use the Preferences window to specify the image format, scaling, selection range and destination location:
