MailCM is a contextual menu item for copying Apple Mail message properties of multiple messages to the clipboard. You can also use it to add the sender or receiver of multiple mail messages to AddressBook. (They will be placed in a sepcial group which you can either rename or delete.)

The following menu items are available for copying the given properties:

All Headers. All the headers of the message
Content. Contents of an email message
All Headers and Content. All the headers and content of the message
Date. The date a message was received*
Time. The time a message was received*
Header Message ID. The header message ID string*
Mail Message ID. Mail's internal numeric message ID string*
Source. Raw source of the message
Reply To. The address that replies should be sent to*
Sender. The sender of the message*
Subject. The subject of the message*
Recipient Name. The name of the first recipient of the message*
Recipient Address. The address of the first recipient of the message*
Summary. Sender, subject, date, time, recipient and content of the message*
Add to Address Book. Add the selected senders to Address Book*

*Multiple message selection yields a list of values

Preferences. Use the System Preference pane to specify which message properties you would like to appear in the contextual menu. By default all properties are included. Click the MailCM icon in System Preferences to open the preference pane:

To use MailCM: Control click on one or more messages in a message viewer list to expose the contextual menu. Then select the menu item for the property you want to copy. So, for example, if you want to copy the recipient email addresses of the selected messages choose the menu item labeled "Copy Recipient Address":
