IPSentinel is an app for monitoring and emailing changes to your Mac's internal and external IP addresses.
Since the app registers itself to receive notifications of changes in machine IP address, it is always current.
This app is for users who do not require all the features of IPSentinelStatus, or do not want a menu bar status item displayed.
This app shares these features with IPSentinelStatus:
• Email you when the machine address changes
• Email you when the external address changes*
• Log status to system and private console logs
*External IP address is retrieved from "http://www.whatismyip.com/" but not at a rate that exceeds once every six minutes to conform to their access policy.
