CompletionCM is a contextual menu item providing a series of possible character sequence completions, placing your selection on the clipboard for replacement.

To Use. First make a character sequence selection:
Control-click on the character sequence selection:
Then make a selection of your choice:
Now type Command-v to replace the character sequence by your selection:
